At Krayacart, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. As we operate on a dropshipping model, please take a moment to understand how our shipping process works.
1. Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
- Processing: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed, verified, quality-checked, and packaged by our suppliers. This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Because your products are shipped directly from our suppliers, shipping times can vary depending on the product, the supplier's location, and your delivery address, typically 7-15 business days.
- Please Note:
- These are estimates only and do not include the order processing time.
- Shipping times can be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather events, and other unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.
- Expedited shipping may not always be available due to the dropshipping model and varying supplier locations. If available, options will be shown at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on certain products or orders above a specific value. Any such offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
- Bill to, Ship to : We don't allow separate billing and shipping addresses. Your billing and shipping addresses must be the same.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been processed and shipped by our supplier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s) and a linkΒ to track your package.
- Please allow 1 to 2 business days (e.g., 24-48 hours) for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be sourced from different suppliers. This means your items might be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
- You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package if your order is split.
6. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
- We ship to many countries worldwide.
- For international orders, you, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
- We cannot predict what these charges may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
- Delays due to customs procedures are beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address / Undeliverable Packages
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect the package from the post office/carrier, you may be responsible for the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and a re-shipping fee to have the package sent again.
- We cannot issue refunds for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at admin@krayacart.com with photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
- Lost Items: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbour's.
- Contact your local post office or shipping carrier to inquire about the package.
- If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at admin@krayacart.com after 48 hours from the "delivered" date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and supplier. Please note that resolutions for lost packages can take time.
9. Changes to Orders
- Due to our fast processing times with suppliers, we have a limited window to make changes or cancellations to an order after it has been placed.
